For ten weeks in June, July and August 2009, I'm driving round the 48 contiguous states of the USA visiting towns and places that share the same names as places on The London Tube Map.

This all came about due to my obsession with the London Underground subway system. Myself and my friend Neil were the World Record Holders for travelling around the entire network (275 stations) in the fastest time possible back between 2004 and 2006.

I’m not saying that your entire journey over the past two years was simply the universe clearing a path for you to have esteemed pleasure of making my acquaintance…but you have to admit, it’s a HUGE bonus…
