An iPod fan I may be, but a Mac convert I still am not.
Despite this, the opening of South Carolinas first Apple store in my adopted hometown would have piqued my interest as it was - but when I got the chance to go and make a video for it for work, then I was always going to enjoy doing this.

I think Geoff is allowed to sound a bit American now, he surely can’t maintain that pure BBC English accent for ever! It’s sort of Mid Atlantic, so everyone can understand him. Good video anyway, you’d think those locals had never seen an iPod in their life before, they way they whooped and cheered!

I’ve still got my BBC lanyard, yes! Never giving it up! Good spot though…
I used the word ‘holibobs’ in an email to someone in the UK today, which felt quite marvellous - i haven’t used that word in a while and made me very very un-american.
