I haven't actually seen these myself in the shops yet, but I know that they exist as someone was kind enough to send me a packet of them in the post! They're Pink and contain a pink fruity filling alongside the standard chocolate and honeycomb texture, and they're very yummy!
First spotted in the shops in April 2000 are the standard Echo biscuit. Originally available in just a six bar pack, but now also available in twelves, it is an extremely smooth coated chocolate finger filled half with a crunchy biscuit layer, and the rest with smooth bubbly white chocolate. It is most essential to chill these biscuits bars in a fridge prior to eating.
So what's this then? Did Fox's land a job lot of honeycomb pieces recently and they're trying to cram them into as many biscuits as possible? Who cares, because these are YUMMY! Echo biscuits with a honeycomb filling ... Oh yes - Go buy some now!
