... manage to get four people though who shared my birthday (which is in August), and my friend Pete just one.
Although the 'bet' is now officially no more, I still often ask people when their birthdays are, and always take great joy whenever I meet someone that shares the same birthday as me.
And if I can/if I remember, I always try and get a photo taken with them and put them on this page here.
Oh, and none of this was inspired by Dave Gorman. Honest ... otherwise, people might ridicule me, right? ("And I invited everyone with the same birthday to come and live with me" - Mitchell & Webb, 2008)

This is Casey Lee. I met him in Charleston in June 2008 as the Spoleto USA festival, and he was born on the 18th August 1981 in Los Angeles.
This is Charlene Gunnels, also born on the 18th August, and even though I know what year and thus how old she is, the polite thing to do is not to be that specific .. so i'm not going to mention it.
Charlene I also met whilst living in Charleston, SC in the USA and is the PR person for the local military college.
Born On The Same Day
In late 2005 I almost started a rather insane quest-come-bet to compete against a friend of mine to see who could be the first person to find fifty other people who shared each others birthday.
You had to meet that person, get your photo taken with them and publish the results on a website. We had a complete website for it 'Born on the same day' we called it, but it never got past the initial stages.
