Fox's Biscuits

New Biscuits - August 2005

It's been a while since I've seen any new Fox's in the shops, so I was pleasantly suprise when I picked up some of these when in an Asda the other day, when I was out on my travels away from home.

Fox's have made Chocolate Chip Cookie style biscuits before, but these were different from anything that I'd seen before as they were quite small in size - but a plentiful number of them inside the packet - and at a special offer of just 59p as well, they were a bit of of a bargain.

New Biscuits - February & March 2005

To be honest, these aren't new - it's the same biscuits, but just with a packet re-design.

Makes me wonder if this is the start of more products having their packaging re-designed, but the new look 'Echos' here is the first that I've seen like this.

What is new though are 'mint' echoes which I then saw a month later after the redesigned packaging for the regular echoes, in a nice green wrapper!

Q&A about Fox's biscuits

Before you email me a question about Fox's, have a read of the common questions that I get asked first, as you may well find your query answered here.

New Logo for Fox's !

As from August 1st 2003, Fox's gave themselves a new logo which is now starting to appear on all packaging. The only biscuits I have seen so far is the new Ginger Crunch Creams (below), but I'll add more as I see them in the shops!

The "James Bond/007" Fox's Biscuits Adverts

I'm not really sure how to introduce these, except to say that they're now here on the website because someone asked why I hadn't put them up yet as MP3's. So here they are. Just don't ask why we made them, ok!

Incidentally - most people usually play the first one, think "What the hell?", and don't bother with the other two. But I think that the third one is probably the best of the three, and is worth hearing.

"Who want to be a Fox's Millionaire?" - The Christmas Party

In December of 2000, I hosted a Christmas Party at home, based entirely on winning Fox's biscuits as prizes - the top prize being an 8 foot long packet of 'Millionaires' - we called it Who Wants to be a Fox's Millionaire.

The rest of the complete Fox's Range

As well as bringing out a lot of new biscuits recently, Fox's appear to be redesigning a lot of of the packaging of their existing biscuits.
Whether this will eventually apply to the entire range I have yet to wait and see, but this guide has been updated with all the new packaging where possible.

Whatever happened to...?

It would appear that old Fox's favourites of mine that I remember once buying are no longer in the shops anymore. Have Fox's stopped making them? Did they just not sell? Or have they been repackaged as something else? I try to shed some light in this, the whatever happened to section.

Old packaging designs

Fox's have changed the design of their biscuit packaging for various ranges over the past year. Here are some of the old designs.

So who are Fox's Biscuits?

Some brief information I found out about the company, how they were formed, and how they got their name.
(Updated July 2005)

Fox's Biscuits are not ...

The same people as this outdoor clothing & equipment shop that's in Amersham, they just appear to share their name with them.

I still think they should stock Fox's biscuits inside though.

As far as I'm aware, they're also nothing to do with the pople that make Fox's Glacier Mints, or Fox's Glacier Fruits either!
